The Goodyear 6.95-14 Power Cushion – 7/8” Whitewall is a period-correct reproduction of a classic early-1960s passenger tire, built to deliver the smooth ride and authentic styling enthusiasts expect from a factory-accurate restoration. Featuring traditional bias-ply construction and Goodyear’s respected Power Cushion design, this tire offers the vintage road feel that complements era-correct suspensions and steering.

The clean 7/8-inch whitewall provides a refined, understated look—perfect for sporty compacts, midsize cruisers, and early performance cars that originally came with a narrower white stripe rather than a full wide whitewall. Made in the USA, it combines American craftsmanship with correct sidewall proportions and a true-to-era tread appearance for show-quality restorations and vintage drivers alike.

Tire Cleaning & Maintenance
For tire cleaning, we recommend using an SOS pad along with soap and water. This method works for routine cleaning and effectively removes the protective blue layer from white walls and raised white letters on your new tires.

DO NOT use any chemicals to clean your tires; this can cause the tire’s white walls and raised white letters to turn brown. If you use chemicals to clean your tires and your white walls turn brown, you can not make a warranty claim.

14” Goodyear Tire Fitments
Goodyear Polyglas tires were first used and going forward in April of 1969. For Goodyear RWL fitments for vehicle build dates beginning in April 1969 through October 1969, use Goodyear Polyglas SKU# CB5KL. November through December of 1969, a running change was in place with Goodyear Polyglas installations. Thus either the CB5KL or CB5KJ may be used. As you can see, this encompasses the first half of the 1970 build year. Prior usage from 1967 through March of 1969 was the Goodyear Speedway Wide Tread series.

15” Goodyear Tire Fitments
The Z28 cars of this generation are well-defined. 1967 735/15 Red Line SKU# CBBMV. 1968 & 1969 Goodyear Speedway Wide Tread GT E70/15 RWL STK# CB3EX. 1970 – see running change note above. F60/15 RWL STK# CB4GF or CB4GG, depending on the vehicle build date. The F60/15 RWL STK# CB4GG was used from January 1970 through the end of first-generation O. E. bias fitments.
